I couldn’t sleep a few days ago.
I decided to bike 5 miles north to Bal Harbor Beach.
I sat there and enjoyed the waves at night until sunrise while “being” (I call it “Level Zero” or “Zeroed” / “Zeroed Out” since it’s not quite the flow state).
I also meditated, stretched, breathed, and thought about the purpose and meaning of my existence, my communication with others (including animals), the sincerity of my actions to myself, and others, and the chasm of communication that separates and binds us all.
This is typically how I organize my mind on a normal day: I get up really early and get to “Zero-State” then flip the switch and hit the pavement on my stories, video games, learning, or general thing I decide to do.
I have a bad back and I dislocated my shoulder, tore my rotator, and ripped my labrum many years ago. I didn’t get tit looked at until I stopped being able to feel my fingers, feel my ps3 remote in it, and stand at parade rest without my shoulder and neck burning.
I had to get a second surgery to fix the first while I was enrolling in graduate school. It will never heal permanently. It burns, tingles and throbs daily.
It’s a ceaseless pinched nerve feeling going from my right ear down the center of my shoulder blade and then from the crevice in my shoulder down to my fingers. I went from 180lbs to 235lbs because of the pain, then I found the resolve to muster through the pain to get back to myself. The injury and surgeries have made the right side of my body incredibly tight so it always feels like I am fighting my body to lean or hunch to the right. It’s painful, embarrassing, and all sorts of things.
Anyway, I bike, jog or walk to the beach, weather permitting. I sat up in my apartment, just reflecting on myself and my life.
I thought it’d be cool to share the experience.
That said, buy my first book, by the way. More to come. Follow my blog.
I like to do research, explore, conversate and write about my experiences and write stories enmeshed with my experiences for myself, for those involved, and for the rest of the world.
Anyway, Merry Christmas meant commercially and not traditionally. Not an offense unless you want it to be.
Enjoy my pics and vids. HMU if you’re in Miami and want to hit the bars, beaches cafes, and karaokes.
No coke, please. I do not indulge in sugar or sweets. Do as you do, no judgment.
I like alcohol, GSC, Sour Diesel (NY sour diesel), MAC 1, Gorilla Glue 4, (any) Kush, Trainwreck, Maui Wowie, and Super Lemon Haze. I sometimes like Durbin Poison. It’s okay, but meh. Anyway, I make my infusions and dose my consumption as GENEROUSLY as possible. I fry my eggs in my oil. I butter my toast with my butter. I drink coffee with my butter. I eat cookies made with my butter.
If you live in/visit Miami and grow weed, let me try it and blog about it. I have a med card, and per the state of FL’s Laws, I believe you can share “sharing” weed with med card holders, which is perfectly fine.

Anyway, enjoy my post, sistren and brethren.
Feel free to hmu in FFXIV if you play.
Also, this happened while contacting Uber support on Christmas because the app kept crashing:

Enjoy my content!

Then came the downpour 😬:
I was wearing a thin, Target t-shirt (the ones with silly logos and cartoons that I enjoy) and mesh swimming pants.
I was soaked and biking against the wind on a fixed-speed bike with a front wheel break in morning rush hour traffic.
Ironic note to self–Check the forecasts more often.
10 miles between 2 am and 9 am.
Not bad. I had jogged/walked 7 miles the day prior. Great workout. Nice, low impact and helps open the chest, stretch the spine, and hips, and relieve tension in the neck.
I got back home, and my clothes were like throwing sponges on the ground:
poik! poik! 😬🧽 (sponge)
I thought I’d have fun with this post.
Hope you enjoyed it in a tasteful way.
